Much travelled left-sided defender Ronayne Marsh-Brown signed for the Hawks in June 2018. He is the elder brother of Ky and Kwai Marsh-Brown, who both also play for the Hawks. Ronayne had a trial at Reading in 2003 as well with Southampton and Northampton Town in 2009.

Early in his career Ronayne joined RKC Waalwijk, who were then playing in the Dutch Eredivisie, managed by Martin Jol. Ronayne made two football league appearances in League 2 under Paul Ince at Macclesfield Town in 2007.  He also played 3 times for Crawley Town in the 2006-07 season when they were in the Conference.

Ronayne was briefly player/assistant-manager at Bedford Town in 2017.

He made his international debut for Guyana in a Concacaf National League match with Barbados in September 2018.
